reelloop takes the reels that worked best on your Instagram account, re-edits them and publishes them as trial reels. To do that it reads your account and publishes to it, always through the official APIs. Contact: hola@reelloop.app.

What we store

• From Instagram, when you connect with the official login: your username, account id, profile picture and the access token (stored encrypted). We never see or store your password.
• Your posts and their numbers as Instagram reports them (views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares, followers).
• The videos we make from your reels, while they are being published.
• Your settings: your niche, autopilot and plan.
• If you pay: the email and subscription id from Paddle (outside Argentina) or Mercado Pago (Argentina). Card details are handled by them; we never see them.
• Technical session data: device, approximate city and sign-in date, to protect your account.

What we use it for

Only to provide the service: pick your best reels, make new versions, publish them, show your numbers and charge your plan. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube) and TikTok, only for the accounts you connect.
• Paddle and Mercado Pago, for billing.
• Anthropic (Claude), to write captions and to check content against the acceptable use policy.
• Cloudflare, where the app runs and data is stored.

Retention and deletion

While your account is connected. Videos are deleted 7 days after publishing. You can delete everything at any time at Delete my data or by writing to hola@reelloop.app.
