You are not charged during the first 7 days. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.

The 30/30 guarantee

30 reels published in your first 30 paid days, or your next month is free. It counts from your first payment, and the condition is uploading at least 5 videos and keeping your account connected. If we don't reach 30, we refund the next month's payment in full. We guarantee that we publish, not a specific result.

14-day refund

If you are not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment and we refund it, no questions asked. Write to hola@reelloop.app with your Instagram username.

How to cancel

From your dashboard: Settings, Cancel. No calls or forms. Nothing else is charged from that moment; if you already paid the current month or year, you keep the service until it ends.

Other refund requests

Write to hola@reelloop.app with your Instagram username. Payments outside Argentina are processed by Paddle, which issues the refund to the original payment method.
